SL), a company with registered office at Víctor Hugo, 24 – 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), with CIF B65842502 (hereinafter, the “Company”), is responsible for the processing of your personal data. This Privacy Policy provides information about how the Company uses your personal data.

Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data.

The personal data collected will be processed for the following purposes:

Based on the execution of pre-contractual measures

  • Resolving any queries or requests for information you may send us via any means (email, telephone, social media, etc.).
  • Case analysis, budget preparation, appointment scheduling, and any other activities necessary for pre-contract management, including the processing of health data.

 

Based on the execution of the contractual relationship

  • Management of contracted services. This activity includes the processing of health data or photographs taken of the patient when strictly necessary to carry out the contracted treatment.
  • Based on compliance with legal obligations
    Comply with the legal, administrative or tax obligations to which the Company is subject.

 

Based on the consent of the interested parties

  • Use of images collected during treatment for informational, educational, or educational purposes in print media (magazines, books), digital media (newsletters, the Society’s website, social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), as well as on television, without in any case referring to the personal identity of the patients.
  • Use of images and/or videos collected during events or interviews in which you voluntarily participate for informational, educational, or educational purposes in print media (magazines, books), digital media (newsletters, the Company’s website, social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), as well as on television.
  • Sending commercial communications or newsletters about the latest health and beauty treatments, as well as promotions or activities we carry out. These communications may be carried out through various means: postal mail, email, SMS, or social media.
  • Transfer of data (identification and contact information) to Group companies for marketing purposes so they can send you information about the latest health and beauty treatments, as well as their promotions or activities that may be of interest to you.
    Transfer of data to financial institutions if the client chooses to finance the treatment.

Based on the legitimate interest of the Company

  • Conduct market research and statistical analysis.
  • Communication of data to Group companies for internal administrative purposes.
  • Sending commercial communications or newsletters about the latest health and beauty treatments, as well as promotions or activities of our own or other entities belonging to the Global Branzi SL Group. These communications may be carried out through various means: postal mail, email, SMS, or social media.

What categories of data do we process?

In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, the Company will process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification and contact information: name, surname, address, ID number, email address, telephone number, image.
  • Personal characteristics data: nationality, gender, age.
  • Economic and financial data: current account number, card number, or other payment-related data.
  • Health data: medical reports and assessments, clinical history, photographs, or other data provided depending on the treatment contracted.

The Company will only process the personal data you provide through the Patient Information Form or during the provision of services, as well as through requests for information, via the website or email, by phone, or in person at a clinic.

How long do we keep your data?

Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship with you and will subsequently be kept, duly blocked, for the legally established periods for the limitation period of any legal action arising from said contractual relationship.

Who are the recipients of the data?

The personal data collected may be transferred to:

  • Public Administrations, Security Forces and Corps, and Judges or Courts in the cases provided for by Law.
  • Entities belonging to Global Branzi SL for internal administrative purposes and, where applicable, for commercial purposes.
  • Financial institutions in case of financing request.
  • Furthermore, the Company’s data processors may have access to your personal data, provided it is necessary for the provision of the contracted services. In this regard, the Company has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements with these providers.

International data transfers

In principle, no international transfers of personal data are made. However, if personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfer will only take place if appropriate safeguards are in place, as set forth in Articles 44 to 50 of the GDPR.

User rights

The rights you have vis-à-vis the Company regarding the processing of your personal data are the following: the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request its deletion, restrict some processing or object to any use, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data and to transfer your data. You may also request the revocation of previously granted consent. You will be informed of the actions arising from your request within one month (which may be extended by two months for particularly complex requests, and which extension will be notified to you within the first month). If the Company decides not to process a request, it will inform you, providing the reasons for its refusal, within the applicable deadline.
